Fluid Dynamics

Use Fluid Dynamics to transform your existing emitters into complex animations with realistic flows and vortices, or create your own custom animations. Particle Illusion Pro includes over 20 new presets designed by professional artists.

3D Particles

Manipulate emitters, forces, and deflectors in 3D space and navigate the generated particle fields using the integrated camera, which can utilize position, pan, and orbit camera modes for navigation, and features depth of field and motion blur.

Forces and Deflectors

Use the Force object to add force fields to create complex, realistic particle motion, from chaotic swirls to controlled flows and even fluid dynamics. The Deflector object simplifies simulating particle interactions with logos and other graphics, allowing you to create seamless bounce animations.

Lines and Turbulence

Connect particles with lines! Join particle parent emitters to birth positions or other particles to create fresh new geometric motion graphics. Turbulence creates an organic noise field that changes particle position and size, perfect for creating subtle wave-like motion or wild particle scattering.

Preset-based workflow

Particle Illusion Pro includes thousands of preset emitters. The integrated search function makes it easy to find the effect you're looking for, and the live preview lets you click and drag to instantly see particle motion. Use a preset as is, or use the control panel to adjust particle position, shape, lifespan, number, size, and more. You can also save your tweaked emitters as custom presets for repeated use.

Node-Based Navigation

Particle Illusion is capable of creating incredibly complex effects, but the Node View makes it easier than ever to manipulate and customize your effects: select an emitter or particle node and the corresponding parameters instantly appear in the Control View.
